THE COUNTRY-WIDE “CHAMBER CERTIFICATION SYSTEM (CCS)” SERVICE OF THE HUNGARIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR YOU.

One of the most important tasks of the economic chambers regulated by law is to operate cer-tification systems applicable not just for their members. Enterprises that meet the require-ments of the different types of certification systems are given a „chamber trade mark”, certify-ing that the chamber considers the enterprise to be qualified and reliable, which is inevitably an advantage in building business relationships and during business meetings. By this, the chamber intends to repress black economy, and with the help of audit, aims at further expan-sion of the business turnover. Taking into consideration the above mentioned facts, the Chamber Certification System (CCS) was developed. At the moment, the system contains the following elements:
- Chamber certification for quota enterprise export (available for: private entrepreneurs and corporate enterprises)
- Qualified project writer registration (available for: all types of economic organisations)
- „Excellent Quality Service, Hungarian CCI” – trademark (available for: private entrepre-neurs and corporate enterprises active in the fields of IT service and real estate)
- Master’s Training (available for: natural persons)
- Certified Enterprise (available for: corporate enterprises)

The database is available in Hungarian and English languages, so the plus information it con-tains helps building up foreign business relations, and in such a way, increases the competi-tiveness of the Hungarian SMEs. For starting and operating the system, the following already existing special certification systems of the chamber system were utilized: (master’s degree for separate vocations, certificate for quota enterprise export suitability, qualified project writer etc.), general certification system for corporate enterprises, regulations, orders of pro-cedure, application forms and other documents, which are represented and integrated into the database following their harmonization. In the starter database there are the data of already certified enterprises. The expansion of the database and the range of service incorporated into the system further improves the market position of enterprises taking part at the system.
For obtaining the certification, a short summary should be made concerning separate service elements. Taking into consideration the order of procedure and the regulation, one should turn to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry or to the county chambers of commerce and industry that do the certification procedure working in a unified system. Certified enter-prises are authorized to use the CCS logo on their stationary.
